+The internet is now offering [LED strips](https://www.ebay.com/itm/5M-2835-LED-Flexible-Strip-Light-1200LEDS-IP67-Tube-Waterproof-12V-Ultra-Bright/282513223708) that produce 170 lumen/watt and 650 lumen/$. We'll make our own sun if the one outside doesn't want to cooperate (i.e. >half the time).

+These things are 6-8A each and we want to PWM them at ~50kHz. Also PCB design is fun.
